McDonald's

McDonald's as a whole is steadily decreasing in overall value and taste. I used to genuinely enjoy the occasional Big Mac but something has happened with McDonald's and I don't know exactly what. Food just doesn't taste good any longer. Also terrible value for the money. Service was also slow. In the past you could say "at waste it was fast" but even that is no longer the case.

NGL, probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. Paid 40$ for food that was somehow very burnt yet really cold. I was also misled by their deceptive marketing, no monopoly pieces, no boo basket. Yall should really take down the signs advertising it if you don't want customers asking about it. Unfortunately its one of the few restaurants Hertford has but if im being honest, it might just be worth the drive to Edenton to get decent food.

If you are like most, and think the best thing at McDonald's is their fries. Please learn from my mistakes. It doesn't matter the time or day. These fries are usually grease logged or old grease. When you pull in the drivethru you can smell the old grease in the trap. I've tried numerous times to give them a chance. Its sad because there are only two fast food restaurants in this town.

The employees that we encountered were really nice. They food was typical McDonald's food. The fries were cold and the cheese burgers were just warm. The chicken nuggets did not have the dipping sauce. We were traveling and ate on the road so we did not go back for the missing sauce.

This was a pick-up from counter app order that went flawlessly. Ample parking, staff busy but not overwhelmed, and food assistance expected. No complaints. Would stop again when in the area.
