The employees are doing awesome because it was very busy and they were still fast and the food was great.

On August 13th, at 4:10 PM, we placed an order at the Zioski. We then went to the front to grab the cups for our drinks, I observed one of the managers, Faith Simmons(is what I was told), yelling and screaming at an older female employee who was working the front counter taking orders. All because she was asking for HELP!! And the older woman ended up being CORRECT on what she was trying to do. Unfortunately, I did not get the employee’s name. The manner in how the manager addressed this employee was extremely demeaning and unprofessional, to the point where the older woman was upset and began to cry. The behavior was not only inappropriate, but it was also upsetting for customers to see. Several of us customers, including myself, told the older woman we are so sorry and reassured that sh

Food is average. Servers at the drive through and the counter are friendly and efficient. The management, not so much, they talk a good line but don't follow up with their actions. I live across the street from the back parking lot. 5 or 6 months ago they replaced the overhead lights and readjusted their light angles. The lights now flood the entire neighborhood instead of just the parking lot. I contacted the store manager twice and the district manager once and asked if the lights could be readjusted to light only the parking lot. Both managers assured me that they would be happy to have the lights adjusted downward. As of now, they have not been adjusted.

Lady got order wrong . Got to window and out of sweet tea. Traded for sprite that was fully only carbonation. Then went inside to get order fixed had swim out. Got scolded by random manager about swimsuit and had to tell her I wouldn’t have come in if my order wasn’t wrong. Won’t return. McDonald’s sucks anyways might as well get somewhat decent service

Ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was sour like the milk was expired. And not to mention they added a lot of milk to it
