This is my 32nd birthday and all I wanted was a nice crisp Dr Pepper. Yk what I got? A medium when i order a large and no straw and VERY water downed. They also made me wait over 15 mins on MY 32nd birthday. they also forgot my nephews apple juice in his happy meal guess what he did. Cried. And cried. And cried. Thankfully I had some on hand but McDonalds need to get their actions,attitude,attention, and life’s together apt. Do better. #unpleasedcustomer #wontgetmybusinessagain 🤬👿👿😾😾🤬🤬

Ordered two number 4 chicken deluxe meal and the chicken was replaced with the dollar menu chicken patties see attached. Best believe I’m going to report this to the BBB.

I had a wonderful experience at store 16500 on August 27, 2025, around 730-830 PM, thanks to Awilda Gonzalez. She went above and beyond to ensure my drive-thru order was accurate and took the time to explain how to properly apply my coupon, kindly letting me know that I needed to spend a little more to qualify for the discount. On top of her attention to detail, Awilda was incredibly friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with when I pulled up to pay. Her professionalism and joyful personality truly stood out, and I sincerely hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your help, Awilda!

First they want you to use the kiosk. You just end up ordering at the counter anyways. We sat down and to our surprise, somebody brought our food over to us! That was nice of him My McChicken was Hot and fresh Cheeseburger was yummy Nuggets were ok.

Disgusting. If I can give it 0 stars I would. They don’t have the option to give a review as of 2/29 so I had to edit my review from years ago. The manager said “ we will make sure they are temp checking “ absolutely disgusting attitude.
