McDonald's

The person at the main window was very rude. Ordered 2 medium sweet teas and received one drink. When I asked about 2nd drink that is when the person got rude with me, told me I had received a large drink and to give it back. I did give it back with no problem then received 2 sweet teas that wasn't full. When I asked about it, I was told that is all they had left. This place is awful with service and food.

Right now it is 4:11 PM on February 20, 2026. I'm in the drive-through line and where you pay at this girl needs to be fired. She is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I've never met somebody so rude in my life, the food was fine. They made it fresh like I asked, but she insisted on taking my phone when I wanted to tap to pay and she clearly had the wand to put out for me to tap to pay. She was just being lazy and when I told her why I don't like anybody using my phone because I'm prone to sickness, she told me she doesn't care if this is you McDonald's I would fire this girl in a heartbeat. This girl is not good for business whatsoever.

Customer service is very poor. They have very very bad attitudes at the drive-through window didn’t want to correct the mistake that they made when I tried to add something on at the window. She gave me attitude. I really like McDonald’s, but this will probably be my last time going to this one.

Went in today to get a large iced coffee with my points, I drank half of it, when I noticed something poking up from the bottom of the cup, it was tucked deep at the bottom that’s why i didn’t see it in the first place, it was plastic in my drink that god knows where it’s been, as someone who’s worked for McDonald’s it’s the plastic from the cups no one ever took out I’m am DISGUSTED

They dont even deserve that. I just wanted a side of bacon. I was second in line. 30 minutes goes by. They had both lanes open but wouldnt take orders for one lane. They took 11 cars from the other lane. I got to the window and asked if i could order and she raised her voice and said no. They told me to drive back around and get in line again…god awful. Im embarrassed for their momma. Some mannners are definitely missing there. Praying for them. Never going there again. Disgusting disgusting customer service. (I have worked at a McDonalds dont play no excuses lazy workers)
