McDonald's

I doordashed fries and they aren’t even close to full. It happens EVERY single time. It’s not hard to fill them all the way like I paid for. Place always sucks.

I wish McDonald’s wasn’t so much anymore but inflation is inflation. Biscuit was not dry and everything came out correctly. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed water but noticed they didn’t have a button on the soda machine. Everything was clean when I was there.

Ordered 4 pies for pick up at 1:55pm...got to the store at 2pm. Waited for 20 minutes for pies that never showed. Had to leave to go back to work cause my break was spent waiting for pies. No manager or anyone came up to offer an explanation. I figured they were making them fresh but 20 mins of waiting in the store with 0 updates is terrible. Waited 15 minutes the day before for 2 deluxe qtr cheese sandwiches as well. The wait times here are ridiculous and the Managers seem to show 0 care for their lobby or mobile pickup customers.

We ordered a 20 piece nugget and when I started eating them I immediately noticed a really weird taste and we exchanged it for burgers. The burgers were thrown together literally and looked like someone sat on them and were just warm. The fries were just reheated and nothing good either. Ugh it was a total waste of money and they obviously don’t care about the quality of the food they serve either.

I went through the drive through and asked to pull to the second window. No big deal. But my fries weren’t salted and barely warm. My double QP had one pickle on it and two pieces of onion and was thrown together. Teach that person how to make the burger correctly. So disappointing. It really falls on the shoulders of the managers but a person should have pride in what they are making.
