McDonald's

McDonald’s is really impressive. Apparently, customers can stand right in front of employees, speak clearly and loudly, and still get completely ignored. Tonight around 1:30 AM, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru with no response, I went inside to ask for help. That’s when I saw the employees hiding in the back kitchen area, on their phones. One employee with long platinum blonde hair was standing right there. I looked directly at her and said very clearly, “please help with my order.” She looked at me from the side and walked away without saying a single word. At this point, I honestly don’t know how customers are expected to communicate here. Talking doesn’t work. Asking politely doesn’t work. Standing right in front of employees doesn’t work. Monopoly use to be fun but a double qrt pounder with bacon large combo for two pieces is not. Food was so so ,no napkins and generally they seemed to busy to bother even collecting the table markers causing lines. Monopoly game just isn't worth the lack of 4 star effort, ingredients or atmosphere.

Absolute WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. After sitting in drive through for 30 minutes with no one answering the speaker I switched my mobile order to counter pick up. Upon going inside the employees and the manager are standing around laughing and talking on their phones doing nothing but screwing around. Several people pulled out of the drive through while I waited. Had I not done a mobile order, I would have done the same. After voicing concern inside, I was completely ignored.

The Food tasted and looked like it came from the day before. It was disgusting. Not to mention more then half of our order was missing. When i called to let them know that they never gave us our 20pc nuggets and 2x cheeseburger w/ cheese only and 2x plain crispy chicken sandwiches they said their was nothing they could do about it because I left already and it wasnt their problem. So I said but you can charge me for everything and then they hung up on me. I kept trying to call back but the line was busy like they kept thr phone off the hook. It was already after 10pm and I live about 20mins away so i thought id go back the next day. But then i noticed they also didn't give me a receipt as well. My kiddo was sick all night long as well. Needless to say we will never go back again. Ive live

This isn’t a one-time thing. Every time we come here late at night, the attitude is terrible. The store is open, employees are inside, they see customers and still choose to ignore us. No explanation, no communication, nothing. We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re just trying to buy food. Doing the job you’re paid to do shouldn’t be this hard. I’ve been to McDonald’s all over the U.S. and in other countries and I’ve never seen an attitude this bad. Completely disappointing and honestly disgusting.
