McDonald's

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Went through the drive thru at dinner time and was one of many told to park and wait for our food. 15 minutes later, many other cars had come and go. A lady approached us with a clipboard and recited our order to us. It was clear that we had been forgotten about. No apology, no confirmation that it was still coming. Another 10 minutes passed and I decided to go into the store. Nobody at the counter. Finally I HAD TO WALK INTO THE KITCHEN to get their attention. They found my order just sitting open on a counter and tell me its ready. It was all wrong and cold. Will never come back to this store again.

I have autism, I'm not good at saying it in words so I have fianally describe it by myself in my own words to tell this very embarrassing. So since last two weeks ago on August 16th at around more than 8:30 or 8:40ish… this young manager scolded me, and yelled at me in a very cruel way, and very terrible manner right in front of people while they were eating breakfast inside of the in public.. which is very painful.. I was about going to buy myself a large cold caramel macchiato easy ice… but she have treated me very bad, very cruel, very rude and perhaps she was being racist.. I have walked alone all this way by myself and make sure that no car hits me, or crashes me, and took care of myself very carefully with sacrifice... I still don’t have my own vehicle because I was barely saving up.

I just ordered 2 spicy mcchickens and a 6 piece nuggets, and I didn't get the nuggets. Now I don't even have the ability to go get them. Plus I can't even call them about the issue because the phone line is constantly busy

They have no problem making you wait for food then shorting your order. Food was colder than normal. It’s always great explaining to a 2 & 4 year old why they did get there hasbrowns that we had to wait to get cooked.
