This order is what we always get, It was not at all like usual. This was Order 1461 on 1/28/26. The buns on the chicken and the plain cheeseburger were 🔥 burned, yet the sandwiches were cold. Cold. The french fries were cold. There was no french fry smell. The quarter pounder was barely cooked and the sandwich was luke warm We are extremely disappointed. ,

Very very not user friendly. Zero customer service. Waited 22 minutes for my meal. Will not return. They pay closer attention to their employees and Door Dash people. Very obvious why people prefer the drive through

I went through a drive-through ordered a big Mac with extra Mac sauce on it. They charged me for the Mac sauce, but did not put it on there when I called up there. I had to talk to four people for them to even understand what I was trying to say, and then I had to give her my phone number like five times because she could not understand.

Just got lunch and I ordered a Mc Chicken and an Iced Caramel Coffee. The coffee had zero flavoring and tastes like coffee with watered down milk and then the mcchicken has just mayo on it...no lettuce. I wanted to turn back to complain about the coffee but am on my lunch break and didn't have the time to go back. But whoever is doing lunch rush today is failing.

Placed an online order and waited for over 30 minutes in the restaurant. The front counter didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. We ended up leaving before our order was ready (30+ minutes) and before we were talked to by the staff. This was not our first bad experience at this location.
