McDonald's

First off, when ordering my food tonight I was waiting at the window for my food and I saw a young high school aged boy thrusting his hips forward and backwards towards a cup! With two other high school aged boy around him laughing, one which have may have been a manger. Very inappropriate and makes me feel very uncomfortable having to see this happen while waiting on my food!. Secondly, I ordered extra onion and got no onions. The onion thing happens dang near every time I go and every time I call to let them know they messed up my order I get the same two excuses “”we were out of onions when you ordered”” or “”we just ran out of two hours ago”” every dang time. Thirdly, yall fill up fry containers half way now and the fries literally taste like they have been sitting for 4-6 hours soggy

We didn’t get drink cups and had to ask for them when they brought our food. The quarter pounders were sad, hardly any sauce and 1 piece of cheese not even on the burger right. According to the menu they should have 2 slices of cheese. I had to add ketchup and the bun tasted burnt. The fry’s were over done. They staff carried on in the back like they were at some party, one worker was too occupied with other workers in the lobby. One guy was raising his voice to another employee. They turned the music up louder while I was there like it was their favorite song. A customer came in and ordered on the kiosks and yelled to the back at another employee. Are cowboy hats part of the uniform now? Was odd to see 3 different guys in them. A very sad experience for us.

These kids that run this McDonald’s when the GM is not there are always working hard. They are absolutely amazing and incredible young men and women! I am so proud they are running our McDonald’s! Keep up the great job and wonderful attitude ladies and gentlemen! So proud of you guys, as I have watched many of you grow in your community and jobs!

I was going to eat breakfast in the dining room because I had some time to kill but upon entering the building the worker at the front is just staring at you. I said good morning, got no response and then headed to use the restroom and found there is no handsoap. I was going to tell the person upfront but the continued staring was creepy, so I left. I went thru the drive thru to get my breakfast. I ordered the steak and egg bagel meal with small OJ. I did NOT receive a steak and egg bagel but a sausage and egg bagel, a limp and greasy hash brown and a watered down OJ that barely tastes like oranges. I don't know what happened to this location because it used to be one of the good ones. I'll spend my $10 elsewhere.

Got home and only had half of our order. I have gone a few times lately and they are very slow and the tables are always dirty. Always check your order. Need to get good help or close the doors for now
