Scooter's Coffee

My parents were on their way home from a long trip in California and I work at scooters in ham lake Minnesota. My parents were so excited to see and have fun with the three amazing kids at the store. You all did an amazing job and I sincerely appreciate you all making their day!

I come to Scooters almost every day and usually love my drinks—the weekday crew always makes them perfect and the girls are so sweet. The only issue I’ve run into lately is on the weekends. A few times I’ve had to ask for my latte to be remade because it didn’t taste like what I ordered. I really appreciate that the staff has always been kind and willing to fix it, but I hope the weekend consistency can improve so it’s just as great as the rest of the week.

Everyone is always friendly and my drinks always taste good. I don’t get to frequent often as it’s a splurge. This past visit, my XL drink was below 3/4 full and I didn’t notice it until I got home since I was saving it for in the morning. I had not drank out of it, but thought it felt lighter than it should. I contacted Scooters and the owner reached out to make it right with me. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

I was just thru Scooter's in Goddard Kansas and was charged twice. Please put $23.98 back on my card. I'll stop in when I get thru work today at 3 and I'll ask if it's back on my debit card. I'll give you my debit card number when I get there. The gal at the window said I wouldn't be charged but I was.

Scooters is our go-to while traveling when possible. Beats SB in product and service.
