McDonald's

While i was ordering my food on the screen a lady came in from the drive through and spoke to the woman in the dark blue shirt , saying how she asks multiple times in the drive through to make sure her sandwich was correct. She received her sandwich incorrect. The lady told her that the girl who took her order was new and that she would correct it. Later on , the girl came in from her break , and the woman in the blue shirt started joking with her about it , and they both were laughing at the lady. After receiving my food i went up to the front to get more ketchup having to stand there 5 minutes while the same lady in the dark blue shirt stood there texting on her phone. As we were leaving , we heard somebody yell to the front "hey linda come serve me". And the Lady in the dark blue shirt

0 stars whoever the girl in drivethru window is needs to be fired. She can’t listen or ring orders in right and acts special when you ask her to something. Get rid of her and the store would be smoother it’s ridiculous. Food can’t be messed up if the girl back there doesn’t even ring the right order in. Everyone else A+ especially the short female manager there tonight she is amazing as always.

I am a Dasher for DoorDash, so l UNFORTUNATELY have to visit this location often. My main issue is the speed of service. Every time I go in to pick up an order, I am expecting to spend way too long in here, but today was the worst yet. The store was not even super busy and I spent more than 35 minutes waiting for one small order, which I consider absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. I have worked fast food before too, even McDonalds specifically, so I have quite a bit of empathy for the employees, but this is insane. Another issue is the employees keep the DoorDash orders behind the counter and VERY infrequently come to check on the lobby, so orders sit and get cold. I understand that most of McDonalds employees are high schoolers, but clearly there is some very poor managem

Clean dining room. Excellent service. Not very busy inside. Drive thru was super busy tho. We got our food within five minutes of ordering. Needless to say we went into the dining room to eat. Decorated nicely for Christmas as well. All in all a good experience .

I have ordered a fee time and everytime they mess my order up slightly. I just ordered a spicy deluxe meal and made sure more than 2 times it was the deluxe not the reg and I still ended up with reg. I also ordered plain cheeseburgers for my nephew and 1 still had ketchup and pickles on it. According to the menu the chicken sandwiches are supposed to have the monopoly game but mine didn't, just put in a plain bag, and not the first time I specifically order something from the monopoly menu and didn't get game pieces as advertised
