The atmosphere was very bad; the employees looked like they didn't care about their jobs, and they were also unclean and using their cell phones in the work area. I request that this branch pay more attention to the people they hire.

I used the mobile app to order 10 minutes before arriving, yet I still spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru line only to be told to pull into a waiting spot. I sat there for another 10 minutes while watching five cars behind me receive their food and leave. I eventually had to go inside to find my order. When I spoke to the drive-thru worker, she told me, “Once I tell you to pull up to a spot, it’s out of my hands.” This lack of accountability is disappointing. My food had clearly been sitting out the whole time; the fries were soggy and the burgers were cold. Definitely defeats the purpose of "fast" food or mobile ordering.

If I could give a -1000000 This people did not care that my kid wanted to use the restroom so bad even when my husband bought something so our kid would be able to use the restroom, my son ended up peeing and pooping in his underwear. My husband went back to tell the cashier and she was more worried of fixing some bags then my son, and one guy saying that what does my husband think (like saying they didn't care) until my husband screamed at then and one some customers that were entering the restaurant told them too. That why are they doing until then the manager showed up saying he apologized and that he was going to do something about my son was really bot understanding why they didn't want to open the door for him if his dad bought something already...... they say they do it because of t

I had a male worker basically try to fight me. This is the worst McDonald’s you were ever go to in your life it’s full of homeless people and workers that don’t care about you or customer service. they are rude. The employee cussed me out because I was upset about waiting 30 minutes for my cold food. this store needs to be shut down. If they ever have a protest to close it I will schedule off of work to be there. They will no longer receive my money.

I've been a regular customer at this McDonalds for years, long enough to see prices rise and menus change and despite that, I've continued to return because of the friendly staff and consistent service. My issue isn't with the employees; they've always been kind and professional. My issue is with the growing sense of corporate greed that seems to have taken over. Today was the final straw. I was charged for a cup of water. In the past, I would ask for a large cup of water with my meal, and when the Monopoly promotion began, I was told that large cups couldn't be used because they had game pieces. I found that ironic, since the promotion advertises that no purchase is necessary but fine, I switched to a medium cup instead. Now, being charged even for a medium cup of water feels absurd.
