McDonald's

This restaurant and bathroom was super clean. My nuggets & fries were made fresh to order and came out piping hot. The employees here are also very friendly. I'll definitely be stopping here again when passing thru on my way to Phoenix.

One of the best places I go to get fries that are fresh and hot. I hardly order from the east side McDonald's even if its closer to my house. And way better than Belen Macdonald. Good job to the people who work there!!

Late night last night I ordered some food that came out super salty. I returned the food this morning and the staff was super friendly and promptlly replaced my order with a smile! Thank you very much I wish them all a blessed day!

Late dinner. I appreciate the service I received at McDonald’s in Gallup. I visited in the evening and ordered a fish sandwich combo. Upon inspection, the fish fillet was not fresh, so I returned my sandwich, including the fries. The manager inquired if I needed assistance and I requested a fresh fish fillet. She asked if I was willing to wait, and I replied affirmatively. I am pleased to report that my sandwich was freshly prepared, and the fries were also fresh, resulting in a satisfactory dinner. Thank you to the Native American lady at the McDonald’s in Gallup. I believe her name was either Cassie or Kathy.The manager.
