McDonald's

This mcdonalds is by far the WORST ive ever been to, and consistently messes things up. I used to love coming here, but as time goes on theyve gotten worse and worse. They forget sauces, straws, or even entire items from the order regularly. Was just there and ordered fries and actually got served in under a minute. I reached into my bag, and my fries arent even warm. Theyre cold and hard. Another time I ordered a mccrispy, and i can't eat pickles, so i ordered without. They put pickles on it, so I asked for a new one, and they walked away, and handed the same sandwich back, with pickles STILL on it. A few weeks ago i went, and waited 45 minuites for my 10 piece meal, and staff didnt ask me once what i waited on, despite making eye contact with me multiple times over the course of the time

Order a Big Mac and recieved a HALF MAC. Quite literally gave up halfway through the burger. Where’s the rest of the burger…..

Sad that I refuse to order food at the drive thru because my orders are never correct. For the third time this month I ordered food at your location; today I put the order in via kiosk so I was positive the order went in exactly the way I wanted my food, However when I returned to work with my food it was not made correctly again. Come on McDonald's the food your making isnt that complicated,pay attention to your orders on your screen and get it right. Aggravating especially when Im spending money and my food still isnt right. If your in a hurry or on a time crunch your better off going somewhere else, it takes them 20 to 30 minutes to put a simple order out into the lobby area for thier customer, which again likely won't come out right anyways if your taking things off the sandwich or add

We had a good experience here. They were busy for lunch but the crew was hustling. Food was hot and well prepared. Kiosk ordering was easy. Bathrooms were clean.

Got delivery on the McDs app. Took 50 minutes to order my food. Didn't get my fries. Called to tell them. Said that my order didn't appear on there system. Told them that that was ridiculous. Lady got rude with me and hung up. Need fired who ever that was.
