Allegheny Trail House

The B&B is well located, close to nice restaurants and shops. It is an old house, with history, so one should expect creaking floors and ambiance. It was spotless clean, breakfast with vegan options was great! Frostburg is in a region with many state parks, perfect for hiking, and the B&B is a great base place for these adventures. We got good guidance from Amanda for hikes and things to do.

Thank you, Jason! My husband and I had a most pleasant weekend away. He provided us rental bikes that were high quality and in perfect condition and type for the Allegheny trail ride. We were even able to help out another biker because of the emergency repair kit's pump. The rooms were quite clean with soft sheets. The beds were on the softer side of comfortable. Outstanding food. My husband and I will definitely want to stay at Allegheny Trail House for future Frostburg trips, or to bike more of the trail next time.

We rolled up to our stay in the evening with the quaint village of Frostburg as our backdrop. Winter flurries were filling the air and frost appeared each time we spoke. When we entered the Italianate -style Victorian, it felt like home. The cozy fireplace was roaring and the welcomes from other guests were hearty. Our rooms were prepared like home with touches of comfy accents like mints by the door and fresh towels and bed linens awaiting us! The kids (adults) had the Frost room and were elated with their private balcony to see the fresh snow out back. They were tempted to sit in the hot hub out back. We had the Dixon room with views of the main road out front and the holiday decorations below.| As we stayed, we were excited to visit the Yaks & Tracks holiday light rail ride the firs

We have stayed at the Allegheny Trail House on several occasions, and we have fully enjoyed our stay each time. It’s a charming historic house with lots of character, The full breakfast options are healthy and so delicious. Very convenient to the bike trail, and there is an option for a shuttle along the trail for a reasonable price. The host is very friendly, knowledgeable about the trail, and we appreciated his flexibility with the timing of our shuttle trip. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

The room was very clean spacious and well appointed with everything you need I love the individual air-conditioner where I could keep it cooler in my room. The bathroom was spectacular with a big soaking tub. They were secure storage for the bicycles outback. And Jason had basic Bike supplies available to purchase. The pancakes for breakfast the following morning were exquisite. I would recommend The Allegheny Trailhouse highly. It is also in walking distance to a very nice Italian restaurant
