McDonald's

I’ve had bad experiences here in the past (it’s a fast food place, so I don’t expect much), but whoever was working tonight was doing a hell of a job. As someone who can appreciate a good attitude and a good hustle, kudos to the kids I’ve seen running this joint the past few weeks. Got ketchup with my fresh fries I didn’t have to wait for, without having to ask for the ketchup, and THIS is what I mean when I say extra pickles!! Standard doesn’t always equal 10/10 customer service :)

2 times this week we have been shorted food on drive thru orders. Got 5 nuggets when we ordered a 6 piece, then got a half full Large fry with a meal tonight.

They don't even deserve one star. This place is a complete joke. Either you get half of what you ordered or you're food comes out cold. I was given a hard time and told I was an inconvenience because I asked for no salt fries, then by the time we got our food the fries were stone cold. When I asked for new fries they gave me a hard time and said "they were hot when we gave them to you". So basically they called me a liar. The employees and some managers are rude and think that you owe them because we inconvenienced them because they had to wait on us. All set with this place!!!!

No refills inside anymore?? That's absolutely absurd. Maybe uninstall the fountain drink thing if you mean it. It's a fountain drink, they cost the store almost nothing per drink. Absurd. If McDonald's gets anymore greedy they won't be able to afford the customers who eat there. Im just so flabbergasted never in my life did I think McDonald's would stoop to no refills???? I spend more on a drink from McDonald's than a drink in a sit down restaurant with unlimited refills like get a hold of yourselves. To say the least, I won't be back to this store

Me and a buddy went there after a late softball game. We were starving. The dude told we were his last order( I think they took us late). The food was super hot and like the freshest tasting McDonald's I've EVER had. And they topped the bag with an extra scoop of fries. Not all heros wear capes. Some work at the Franklin McDonald's.
