Donuts are fresh and delicious. Walk-in service felt rushed and non-welcoming. If we come back for more, maybe we’ll try preorder as standing in the shop picking out half a dozen seemed like we were wasting their time. Customer service needs a tuneup but the donuts are delish.

Rude and rushed service. Edit....After much buzz about this place on Facebook, I finally made the trek out. The frostings and creams for the donuts are absolutely amazing. One better than the next. Sadly, this is tarnished by the fact that the donuts themselves are quite dry. They coffee cake donut was inedible. It makes me wonder what all the hype was about. The dryness of the donuts wouldn't be a complaint if they were at a lower price. Now that it has been some time ,since my original review about the rushed and rude service, I have read the other reviews and discovered that I am far from the only one that feels this way. The donuts are incredible! So many flavors and each one is huge! They also have a large selection of Bones coffee on hand. They were all sold out about an hour after we left. Staff was friendly and fast. Priced moderately - We got a couple cans of cold brew, 6 donuts, and a bag of Bones coffee - which came with a free donut. Then, we walked nearby to the amphitheater to enjoy our food and listen to the water. Excellent weekend morning stop! 😄

Brother’s Donuts & Deli in Franklin, NH absolutely lives up to its reputation as the best donut shop in New Hampshire! They open early, close early, and sell out of many flavors fast — so calling ahead to reserve your favorites is highly recommended. When I visited, there were at least 50 pre-order boxes stacked on the counter, a sign of how popular this place is. The shop is small and charming, with a tiny lunch counter and a friendly, hard-working staff who keep things moving even during the rush. They’re cash-only, so be sure to come prepared. I got an assortment, including their seasonal apple cider donuts, and every single one was AMAZING — huge, fresh, and packed with flavor. It’s just a short 4-mile drive off the highway, and the surrounding downtown area is very cute. Definitely

Always incredible service and even better doughnuts! My mouth literally waters. Got a dozen for Valentines Day and their chocolate strawberry cream is to die for. Plus they're coffee is pretty good too. Highly recommend!
