McDonald's

I am a truck driver and pulled into a small town named Fort Valley Georgia. I pulled in around midnight and the only place that was open was a nearby McDonald's. Being very hungry I wanted to place an order on the app but notice that you could only pick up through drive-thru I took a chance and walked about four blocks over and knocked on the window and asked the lady if I could pick up my order at the window walking up. Immediately she said "no come around to the front I will let you in." Not knowing me from Adam she still let me in so that I could pick up my order. I have stayed in this little town a couple of times on my 10 hour and 34 hour reset. But this is the first time that I wanted to get something that late but was not sure if anyone would accommodate. The service is bad food was hot thank you for that but the customer service is 100% lacking, especially at the window where you actually receive your food. I had the door slammed in my face when trying to ask a question I mean beyond so unprofessional with the woman that was working there today at 12:30 PM older woman and was very rude to me when I asked questions about the new cup size. You guys need better customer service

First, there was a gentleman handing out the food and he had so much respect! I'm not sure if the lady that was taking the order/funds or what have you knew what she was doing! I ordered two sausage biscuits and got the biscuits only🤦 when I spoke with her about it, she said yeah biscuits alone is $2.69 and sausage biscuit is $2.99... I'm just going to leave it here. I appreciate it but I'm good

I went to McDonald's last night 8/10 @ 9:30 pm. I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers, they buy one get one for $1. She gave me the bag I said ma'am these sandwiches are cold. I need my food fresh. SHE YELLED" SHE WANTS HER SANDWICHES. I said everybody does. She got an attitude and I requested a refund. Attitudes have no place in customer service dealing with people food and money. SAD! Never again! 👎

Just ordered two chicken mcgriddle for $10 taste like they were cooked 2 days ago ... The griddle was hard the chicken was dark tasted like old grease now this 7 something in the A.M noway the food should be tasting like two days ago. If I stayed closer I would've took it back.
