I feel obligated to leave a review since after reading other reviews about this place, I was apprehensive about stopping here for food. I risked it and I’m happy I did! We got there a little after 8pm and the lobby was still open. My kids had to use the restroom so I was hoping the lobby was open. I used the kiosk no problem and paid at the counter. I probably waited a minute before someone cashed me out and we left within 6 minutes after that with our food. I fed a family a five and added extra pickles to every burger. My whole order was correct! Maybe it was out of towners luck? Definitely needs to be said that my experience was great though! I would stop again if I’m ever traveling in the area again!

The amount of people that were leaning up against the wall after having already put in their order was depressing enough. I knew I was in for a long wait. When I order a large french fry though, and you guys are charging like $4.19 for a large french fry, at least fill up the french fries. This is exactly what I got for my french fries and there was one more lonely fry in the bag. Another customer watched me pull them out of the bag and he went to the counter and started explaining to the food runner how ridiculous he thought that was. I walked up to the counter and he told me he put in a good word for me and explained the situation and all I got was stupid looks. Went through the drive-through and honestly… this was not it. The order wasn’t expensive and we didn’t get anything complicated, yet we still had to pull forward and wait. When the food finally came out, the guy basically shoved the bag into the car like he was annoyed we existed. We specifically asked for no onions, and somehow they still ended up on both sandwiches. My hot and spicy was literally hollow—like where did the chicken even go? The fries were only filled about halfway, which is wild considering that’s the easiest part of the order. On top of that, there was no sauce at all, even though it was supposed to come with it. Overall, it felt rushed, careless, and like no one actually checked the order before handing it out. They forget about orders it happened a lot of times already and now they just didn't send our double cheeseburger, always check for your orders

We went and had gotten a meal and used a code, but they had putten 2 meals and said we couldn’t get the drink we had wanted with it. So we changed the drink and somehow the price went up. So I asked the manager to read me what we had gotten and she did. We noticed they had put 2 meals down and we asked her to take one off and the extra drink. She was horribly rude. An old lady with glasses, pink uniform, and brown hair. She said it was correct that we ordered it. She told us to look at the receipt because we just ended up paying for it. After we looked at the receipt we noticed she was wrong and it was not our order.
