I guess I have to speak Spanish to get my food order correct!! The drive thru board was correct , the pay window had two people arguing in Spanish didn’t ask me what I order and changed my order from the drive thru board . I pull up to get my food the person gives me the wrong order then yells in Spanish to another employee who brings me the same wrong order !! Then I finally get my food and it’s missing items , I look on my receipt and they changed my order from the drive thru screen !! I had to re order pull ahead and wait for five other cars to go thru before I got mine !!! By then the rest of the food was cold !! Honestly I think speaking English at McDonald’s is a requirement and leaving your personal life at home and paying attention to your job is important ! Fast food it definitely

Genuinely was better a few months ago. Now the orders are incorrect, cheese is being added to my burger even when the screen says no cheese. Worst of all the bun on my latest burger was so stale it was hard and slightly sour! Couldn't eat the sandwich for a second time in a row coming to this location!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I went this morning and tried to redeem a birthday reward code, and the person on the intercom told me everything was fine and I could go to the window. When I got there, the "manager, named Leo or Leonardo, I think," showed up with a terrible attitude and told me I couldn't use the code. So I asked if I could just order a new burger there, and he said yes. When I asked for the total, he said it was $22 or something like that... I got surprised asked how that was possible, and then he said it was $2.42 with a bad attitude . I paid with my card and moved to the next window. When I got there, the same rude and unpleasant manager was there again. He gave me $2 in cash and some change and then aggressively slammed the window shut. My reward code

I always have a problem at this McDonald's, they give me the wrong order, I always order a double burger only meat and cheese without sauce or vegetables. But I receive the opposite or in today's case another order that was not even mine... Suggestion to better train your work staff to provide the proper service and provide the product required by us customers

Spanish women just standing around not doing their job. I specifically asked my order to be fresh. They gave me old food. Everything was cold.
