McDonald’s

This has got to the the worst McDonald’s in Texas. Has a sticker on the box with No mayo and no tomatoes and still has it on the sandwich. Do better

I gave this location three stars due to how inconvenient the dine-in experience was. I usually go through the drive-through, but on this particular day I decided to dine in with my three-year-old daughter. When I walked in, there were two kiosks and a counter with one register. There was seating, but it wasn’t like other McDonald’s locations I’ve visited. I don’t like using kiosks, so I went to the counter. There was no menu electronic display only a paper menu on the counter with no pricing listed. After ordering, we sat down. When my number was called, the food was handed to me in a to-go bag. There were no trays for dine-in customers, no self-service drink station, and no self-service ketchup available. Each time my daughter asked for ketchup, I had to walk back to the counter to requ

My food orders are ALWAYS hot and tasty! It's still fairly new and it's not in a hugely populated area. Give them grace to find their grove. I appreciate them and they keep me from having to cook some days lol.

Always takes FOREVER to get my order even if I use the mobile app. Also even with not a single car behind us WHY must we pull forward to 2nd window? To help them with their speed of service clock? Wouldn't you think speeding up would be a solution? Begining to loose my ability to eat here at this new location.

This is a quite new McDonalds--I'm not sure how long its been there. It's like a mini-McD's. You walk in and it's very stark. There are 3 ordering kiosks and a large change machine. I don't care to order on the screens because it seems to take much longer than going to the counter. However, there was no menu posted anywhere. At the counter, there was ONE printed menu, but I don't believe it was a complete listing of items, and it was missing many prices. I feel this was totally intentional, and that was extremely off-putting. That probably also cuts down on impulse purchases. The employees were pleasant, and I did get my meal in a timely manner, and it was correct, so I didn't find any fault there at all. I probably won't return as there are a number of other fast food choices in the area
