Orange juice machine doesn't appear to be cleaned on any regular basis. Found some booger looking stuff in my OJ. Called up to explain, was told thank you for letting them know.

Ordered on mobile app 15 minutes b4 I arrived. Food not ready. I get it and park. My breakfast sandwich not have extra bacon i paid for. I went back inside to just get the extra bacon. Young man at counter says I got you. Had an WHOLE NEW SANDWICH made for me and told me to keep one that was not correct. Just awesome. I ate SANDWICH not correct and gave new correct sandwich to my coworker. Both of us had good morning because of that young man.!! Just awesome. Manager walked by while I was waiting an ask if I needed help. I said no young man was helping me. What a great staff!!! Hwy 141 and 30 McDonald's Missouri. Be kind and show them love and patience ❤️

Came here ordered two burgers no onions no mustard get home to find one burger completely destroyed and just throw together I think oh well no big deal I’m hungry I take one bite and guess what’s under the two extra pieces of cheese onions luckily this isn’t an allergy more of a preference but maybe you should have your people pay a little more attention before you get sued for causing an allergic reaction Edit: how do you mess up both burgers and try to hide it in between the meat and cheese next time

I was excited to try the Arch burger and it was a big disappointment One of the patties was not cooked all the way I had to take it off and there was hardly any sauce on it It was dry

Wanted to purchase 2 gift cards.Went to counter. Told to order at kios. When I told him not ordering food but 2 gift cards was told to wait,;they are busy. After waiting several minutes, without assistance, I left. You think they would have someone in front at register.
