📍 McDonald’s 🗓️ January 9, 2026 ⭐️ (1/5) — would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service today 😣🍟. It took 20+ minutes to get 6 nuggets and two Strawberry & Crème pies — nothing complicated, nothing custom. Just basic menu items. I went inside because drive-thrus are slower these days since everyone uses them. But inside was somehow even worse 👎⏳. There was no one at the front counter. With the newer McDonald’s layouts, the store is designed so the front is basically unmanned — no registers staffed, no greeting, nothing. I actually had to step into the kitchen area just to get someone’s attention 😳🍔. Meanwhile, my daughter was in the car with my wife and started crying and screaming because she missed me 💔😢. My wife kept texting asking “Where are you?” because I was gone so long. Wha

Complete failure of a store! No one greeting so i ordered from the kiosk. After 15 mins waiting i stood at the front counter with only stearing at me not questioning nor saying anything to me but the rest of the People in the back along with what seemed to be team leader or manager with Tie. Making the most racketing and huddling everyone and joking! Only one person was actually working. Everyone else was being loud and seemed like gossiping the entire time with the manager. waited 30 minutes.

Went through the drive through last night and I have to say we had a great experience from beginning to end. The person taking the order was very attentive, took our order and repeated with no issues. Pulled up to the first window and the young gentleman who took payment was very friendly (as always) and second window service was great as well. We got our food and I have to tell you it was the best quality I’ve received so far at this location! The food was hot and perfectly put together. The fries were hot and made perfectly! Other times the food was cold and fries were undercooked and terrible quality. I was so happy!! This was the perfect drive through McDonald’s experience from beginning to end! The food was fabulous and I wanted to make sure I gave them credit for whomever was working

So we went through the drive-through and we ordered three meals for the snack wraps and we’re supposed to get two snack wraps for each meal with a drink and fries. Once we came up to the window. They handed us one meal with two fries and they read us off the order. It was good until we got to that second window and they had to charge me for three different drinks, separately cold fries and cold little two wraps even though I was supposed to receive six I’m not the type to be a big back and where’s my food but if I’m ordering something and I’m missing like half of the stuff that I’m ordering of course I’m gonna be upset

This is the worst McDonalds, or any fast food for that matter, that I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is horrible, because everyone is so mad about the service. The food will take up to 30 minutes to come out sometimes, and by the time it does come out, everything is cold. I’ve gone a lot, hoping it’ll be better, but probably 2/5 times i have to complain just to get my food. Everytime I order fries they just dump them in the bag upside down and no matter how fast it comes out they are cold. The service is terrible too. When you finally complain about the 30 minute wait the employees just seem annoyed. Never once have I gotten an upgrade or even an apology. Nobody is ever even at the counter either. I just stand at the counter and wait while they avoid eye contact until i give up and just y
