Great place to get a bite to eat. Chill atmosphere, with friendly service. The chicken fried steak was big and tasted amazing, real mashed potatoes and gravy. The cheese burger on the bruschetta bun was great as well the onion rings were some of the best I have had. Fried green beans awesome very delicious try them. Prices were good, not overchargeing . We got the chocolate overload in a jar, good dessert. Stop in and try there food. Next time I looking forward to trying the breakfast.

Twisted Sister’s Cafe in Farmersville is an excellent spot with a great hometown feel and an impressive setup. The atmosphere is awesome—modern rustic, very clean, and roomy, which made it comfortable from the moment we walked in. I ordered the chicken fried steak with gravy on the side, plus mashed potatoes and green beans. The chicken fried steak was cooked at just the right temperature and had a delicious breading. The only minor note is the seasoning was a little salty for my taste, but it was still enjoyable. The mashed potatoes were fresh and delicious, with the skin on—my favorite. Party of 4 I would give this cafe/restaurant a B-. Atmosphere was nice. Seemed clean. Music playing at a decent level. It is open concept, so I think it could get very loud if restaurant is full. When eating out, one of my go to foods is chicken fried steak. If you can't make a good CFS and gravy, I probably won't come back. The CFS was a little tough to cut and chew. Had a good flavor, not greasy. Gravy was good, great taste and consistency. Mashed potatoes were missing something. Kinda blah. Fried okra was perfect. They need to step up their game with better rolls (dry) and ranch dressing (to runny) NOTE: SALT, overkill on the fries and the fish.. What is it with cooks over salting? Tried this spot for the first time yesterday. The restaurant was very clean and has a nice open atmosphere. We were seated immediately and ordered food after studying the menu which had a great selection of cafe favorites, burgers, chicken fried steak, etc. My girlfriend and I started out with an order of the fried cheese curds. They were incredible. They were excellent by even Minnesota State Fair standards. The dinners themselves though were a different story. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and their Twisted Pinto Beans. The steak was pretty darn good although a little on the small side and the mashed potatoes were ok. But the pinto beans were the saltiest thing i'd ever eaten in my life. That was until I had a taste of my girlfriend's grilled pork chop and it quickly

I've ordered to-go twice and have been impressed with the food. It's definitely homemade- the batter on the fried chicken and onion rings is light and flaky and really tasty! The french fries are fresh potatoes! You can tell everything is freshly made. Food has been prepared quickly and service is friendly. Looking forward to sitting in the dining room for a meal.
