I’ve been living local here for a year now, do not come here after 7:30pm unless you have an extra hour of your life to waste. I do not understand how it takes so long to cook McDonald’s food. It’s literally made for them to cook it as fast as possible. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:10pm and as I’m typing this, it is 8:30pm and I’m not even at the order spot yet. I’ve waited here multiple times over 40 minutes because it’s the only fast food open around here but I’m starting to think it will actually be better and quicker to drive to Rutland 20 minutes away. The food I receive for waiting all that time is also below standards sometimes not even edible. If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonalds is filthy, the floor is sticky, there's fries all over the floor and old food on the tables. Not only is it dirty, but the staff are rude and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. And we 'dined' inside. They gave us no sauces, even though we paid for them. And I stood at the front, where you otder your food for 20 minutes waiting to ask for 3 sauce packets. I had staff look at me, see me waiting, turn around and walk the other way. I had staff literally walk right by me to go outside and smoke. Thank God were just passing through, because I would hate to have to experience this twice. -10/10. Would NOT recommend!

Absolute disgusting. Every surface is covered with a film and everything is sticky. There is garbage all over the floor throughout the restaurant. All the garbage bins are over flowing. Bathrooms are just as gross. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

There is a drive thru cashier there that works evenings/nights that is the most friendliest and helpful that I have seen in a long time. On 2 different occasions, I have seen her smooth over a situation caused by 2 lazy male coworkers.

I was very disappointed in my service for the simple fact they could get a simple order correct why do I have to ask you to melt the cheese on my burger I mean come on really?! three times they got my order wrong unbelievable
