We visited this McDonald’s several times while on vacation in Estes Park, both for breakfast and lunch. Each time, the food was fresh and served quickly, which made it a reliable stop during our trip. The staff was very friendly and did a great job even while handling large crowds, it was always busy, but they stayed professional and welcoming. The restaurant itself was also clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience overall. If you’re visiting Estes Park and want a quick, consistent meal, this McDonald’s is a solid choice.

Charge me for the bacon, cheese and pickles without putting it on my sandwich? and y'all weren't busy... with six people in the kitchen area... c'mon, do better - some of us live here. 10/28 - again - paid for a double quarter pounder... got a single quarter pounder... find another way to earn more money, please.

We came in late from an event. Tried to order food, and it was a big order. Then FOUR individuals came after us and we're given their food first and we STILL had to wait longer to get it food! Then once we were finishing up, we were told we couldn't use the bathroom anymore because they were shutting down the lobby. Even though there were 12 people in it! I've never seen such disrespect from a chain restaurant!!! You should at least allow the people that paid money for food to use the facilities instead trying to close down the lobby first!!! It was 9:39pm!!! They were such rude and impolite staff I've seen in a long time! And your think they'd have better customer service skills then that since they work in Estes Park! I'll be going to ANY OTHER restaurant then this McDonald's when I visi

The young lady at the counter was extremely rude and had zero self awareness. I walked in to order and waited a few minutes, and the younger woman mumbled something at me. I couldn’t understand her because of her strong accent, so I ask her to repeat what she just said. She turns around as I asked her and just ignores me, knowing full well that she heard me. I then found out that she was trying to tell me to order on the kiosk, regardless she should have clarified instead of mumbling in broken English and purposely ignoring me. If she can’t communicate effectively then she needs to find a different job or go back to her country where they mumble. Hey, I just went to McDonald's, and we got a burger pack and fries. We ordered four medium fries and asked for gold sauce we pay , but she didn't give us any. We asked for ketchup, and she said we had to pay for it. Does anyone know if McDonald's changed the rules about paying for ketchup? She was super rude, and I wouldn't recommend her. The customer service wasn't good at all.
