Incompetence would be a compliment to this staff. Ordered through mobile app and got down the street when I realized they didn’t put patties on the cheeseburgers. Drove back for them to fix it and they didn’t put pickles or onions on both of the cheeseburgers. Nice job!

By far the nastiest McDonald’s I have visited as seen in the photos! One of the employees even walked out with two chicken tenders in his hands and proceeded to walk to the back and wrap them to give to a customer! I took a photo of him and I complained to the manager and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said yeah I don’t know what’s going on. I can tell she’s a pushover and everyone else just does what they want! I also called to complain and of course no one responded! Beware this place is a dump and extremely dirty! The floor was so sticky my flip flops were sticking to it you can see it on the photos as well! Not to mention I spent $50

Ben to Manny McDonald's but this has to be one of the best the main reason is because of the manager sky. Sky is kind friendly courteous and above all ultra professional. You're greater with a smile and this young lady has a complete understanding of what fast food is all about. Nicely done team Gomez I'm making this young lady a manager. I hope she's working whenever I return because the service is so quick.

After a fun but tiring day at Six Flags, we stopped at this McDonald’s in Connecticut for a quick dinner. We were exhausted, but the staff—**especially the friendly woman working the front counter**—totally turned our mood around! She greeted us with a warm smile, was super patient as we figured out our orders, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Her energy and kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed, even though it was clear she was dealing with the end-of-day rush. She didn’t just take our order; she made us feel like we mattered. Her attitude and service were exactly what we needed after a long day. Thanks to her and the team for ending our Six Flags trip on such a positive note. We won’t forget how she made us feel!

The service was great and staff were friendly. However my quarter pounder was burned and it was a very thin patty. Didn't look a quarter pounder at all.
