McDonald's

I frequent this McDonald's pretty with few issues but today was AWEFUL. I uncooked oatmeal with no fruit inside. There was literally still "dust inside" like it wasnt cooked at all. The sausage patty looked disgusting and undercooked. Additionally, the person taking orders at 10am today was very rude, cutting me off and being very short with me. Mornings are already rough for some people and being spoken to that way is unacceptable on top of the mediocre breakfast I received.

The restaurant is clean but recently I've had repeated bad service. I generally only order McDonald's drinks, namely the Large Caramel Frappe and the sweet tea. On multiple occasions I've ordered a large Frappe yet been given a smaller amount topped with excess whipped cream. When I asked, I was rudely told that its a large cup. I won't be coming to this location again. Its clearly not a mistake for them to shortchange the customer by charging for one size but giving smaller portion. See photos for reference. I drive 15 minutes every morning to go get my iced caramel coffee with extra cream and caramel and they make it different every single morning and I told them that it doesn’t taste good and a woman in drive thru told me to shut up stupid with management not correcting her. I usually love coming here but acting unprofessional shouldn’t be tolerated.

Got a burger and chicken sandwichs last night around 6. By 730-8 had severe abdominal pain, so bad it kept me up crying all night, severe diarrhea and vomiting. Went to doctors and they said I had a very severe case of food poisoning. I highly suggest checking your stock dates and your employees food handling. As it stands at this time of 3pm next day I am laid up in bed unable to eat or drink, still having severe pain and diarrhea. Also your employees are very short tempered and seem pretty rude.

I put an order through curbside for the chicken meal. It was for my daughter. When my daughter opened her chicken nuggets, there was none there. Instead it was a box full of tartar sauce. My daughter is allergic to tartar sauce. I go into the store for the manager to replace the chicken nuggets and I leave. I called back to confirm that it was indeed tartar sauce and the manager started yelling and tells me I didn’t get my order from that McDonald’s, they would not do that. They would get fired blah blah blah. Not one time did the manager or employees ask for my receipt. No one who could explain how the tartar sauce got in the box. They just know they didn’t do it. I called corporate after they gave me the incorrect number and they are currently investigating
