McDonald's

Went through the drive thru this afternoon and got a cold and raw quarter pounder. I get things happen and I didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant so I was going to call to at the least let them know they are selling undercooked/raw meat to people. So I call and say ‘hi I just came through the drive thru-‘ I get cut off by the woman on the phone hanging up on me. I hope they fix whatever issues they’re having at this location.

I waited for almost 30 min inside for my two meals that I asked for it to be cooked to order never got my receipt but the one on the boxes. Normally I don't have that issues it's normally hot I even watched the worker put cold nuggets in my box and not cook to order. Staff was nice but I know they get busy but if your paying for food then it should be hot.

This was McDonald's in east Alton Illinois. At 9pm on 2-13-26. Was paying for everything and the girl popped her head into where I was handing the money and she screamed “NO SHAKES!!” like what was the reasoning to scream it? Very Unprofessional. Do better!!! We’ve stopped going to Bethalto and Alton McDonald’s completely thinking that East Alton would be better. Nope. So I guess we get to go to the next town. Oh well.

Idk when we started putting a HALF a slice of cheese on the fish filets but that’s crazy as hell. Fries were soggy. The lady with the earpiece didn’t even listen to the order that was said. Shout out to the nice lady that handed me my food and gave me the right sauces I asked for

I went to get my usual, bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a coffee and when I went to eat my sandwich there was a hair in it. They also made my coffee way too sweet and didn't mix everything together.
