East Alton Public Library

Clean, quiet, and relaxing. A great place for alone time or a signing of a book deal. It's just not home without a library like this one! Everyone should visit this one at least one time in their life. It is also accommodating to disabilities.

This library’s a hidden gem. Carla at the front desk has immaculate customer service. This library is quiet, and pretty slow traffic on weekdays, it appears, so you can read, or work quietly. This will be my preferred library.

Kind and considerate staff, quiet library (should be a given but not always) with great organization and great programs for the local community (children and adults alike)
