McDonald's

I got a McGriddle Meal with 2 hash browns. I ate some of the sandwich and half of the hash brown because I noticed white hairs all over it, like it hit a dirty floor and they just picked it up and served it anyway! I looked at the other hash brown and it also had the white hairs! So gross! I spit the food into the bag and no way am I eating the rest!!

I’ve never had an order wrong and the line moves a lot faster than expected. Very generous with the sauces. There was not a sacrifice made when ketchup was requested. I’m sure there are bad days, but I’ve never been here for one.

Missing food from a mobile order. Employees seemed to be more interested in having a social hour instead of working. Had to return to the restaurant to get missing stuff from my order. Upon returning I stood at the front counter. The person making sandwiches looked at me at least a few times that I noticed and couldn't say anything to anyone else. Rather disappointed with the service. I not only had to wait for my order but it was missing items. Sad just sad Double check your orders to make sure things are there.

We went through drive through on 1-31-26 around 845 am, the lady was so rude! Then when she went to give us our change, it went all over the ground, she didn’t even look to put it in our hand, she just reached out the window and dropped it. To top it off, when we got home, our order was wrong. So frustrating!

Some of the rudest staff here, for absolutely no reason!!!! Eagle River is such a small town with lots of visitors year round (like myself) and McDonald is convenient to have it would be wonderful if the staff were more pleasant!
