Perfect stop for a cup of coffee, tea, sandwich and soup. Atmosphere is perfect for visiting or getting your remote work accomplished. This delightful coffee shop family are incredible supporters of their Northwoods’ neighbors, always happily greet you, offer the perfect amount of service so that every single one of their customers feel as though they’re apart of the Northwoods’ family. They also sell whole teas, coffees, and local artisan works. Drive thru, inside seating, and conveniently located as you’re entering Eagle River. Be sure to stop in and say hello.

This place is actually pretty cool. They are an actual coffee shop that shows the type of bean, the roasting length, and use brewer terms, as well as terms non coffee people use too. So awesome to walk into a shop and be able to see a coffee that says "city", "full city" and not have to guess what their "light roast" is.

The location looks good, the vibe inside is nice, and the staff is friendly. However, this is not a specialty coffee shop. How can you call yourselves a specialty coffe when you have only one grinder and it’s set up with a dark roast? 😂 Is it just because you roast your own coffee? Specialty coffee means top-tier equipment, multiple grinders dialed in for different origins (so people can actually choose), well-trained baristas, and most importantly high-quality coffee. Also worth mentioning: I’ve never seen a true specialty coffee shop serving dark roast. Just saying...

Eagle River Roasters is a gem. Jayden and Caitlyn were friendly and gracious when a few weeks ago I got there with hubby about 2 minutes before closing after driving over 3 hours. We were served coffee and made to feel welcome despite the imminent closing time. Wonderful coffee, great food (quiche especially!) and service!
