I went here yesterday to order in and quickly discovered there was no heat. Mind you is 6° outside. When I mentioned it to the manager, she said the heat went out over the weekend and what about her business like it wasn’t a big deal. SMH Put a sign in front Or close the dining area for goodness sake

Went there to get a shake. Shake machine down. Okay that's fine, I will just get a frappe then. Frappe machine down, can I get a hot chocolate then? Yes please pull around. Sat in line for 10-15 minutes. Gets to window and told, "We are out of hot chocolate. Do you want anything else?" So I went to Arby's next door and got a wonderful shake.

My friends and I went here for food. We got there ordered our food and it took 45 MINUTES. All of our orders were wrong. We asked for a bacon quarter pounder with no onions. WE GOT NO BACON AND EXTRA ONIONS! I ordered a 5$ meal, they FORGOT my nuggets. we also got a cheeseburger but they gave us NO CHEESE?! its called CHEESEburger for a reason. i definitely don’t recommend coming to this mcdonald’s. I wasted 50 minutes of my time at a place that had horrible food and quickness. It took more time for my food then to write this and take a photo.

This location went significantly downhill and I can only assume it’s poor management. My review is drive-thru only. Long lines and wait time. One time they parked about 4 cars including myself and FORGOT US! We waited 10+ minutes assuming that they must be dropping fresh fries n nuggets but NOPE. This most recent time I went, the girl at window gave me wrong bag. I gave it back and as I’m telling her what my order is, she cuts me off n slams the window shut. Just to bring me another wrong order! At this point it’s infuriating bc had she attempt to listen it wouldn’t have happened. Whole drive thru is a mess just avoid it.

Quick and easy drive thru experience. Hate the prices but had no issues with the staff and everything I ordered was in the bag and not cold.
