McDonald's

Person at taking orders at the drive thru was taking my order, paused for a minute, then when I spoke, she said they were taking a pause on placing orders. I was actually done with my order all She had to do was confirm, she never came back, but the other line kept moving. I have never experienced this until today.

The employees are unbelievably rude and disrespectful to dashers. I have experienced it myself and also spoken to other dashes that I’ve had the same issue. They try to dictate when we click that we arrived and report that the order isn’t ready. The older lady with the short hair is worst of all. I have been dashing for 7 years all around the country and this has never happened to me before. So McDonald’s just an FYI I did contact DoorDash and they said you are more than welcome to contact them if you are confused about how the system works. I refuse to take another McDonald’s order or eat there again

Nice and friendly staff. Very clean restaurant and the food, hot cakes for breakfast was excellent. Restrooms were clean and plenty of parking, handicap parking available.

Customer service sucks. Even managers. Always ignore the customers in the dining room. Had a couple managers talk to me as they thought I was an employee. Not a single person stands out as helpful. Won't eat in the dining room because tired of hearing them yell at each other. To much negativity

Food has so far been pretty good, it’s been hot which is good. Employees usually are nice. The crew I had though this time nope… I am a dasher. When it isn’t ready for pick up I am instructed to notify the customer. The crew that was working on it got mad I selected order wasn’t done. Well sorry it wasn’t, they then said order ready for pickup and made me wait another 5 minutes. Edit: because I forgot to mention this be aware of the homeless guy who won’t leave you alone and comes up to you at 5 times before you can leave.
