Evening staff during the week!!!! GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER!!! The only person who has good customer service is the person taking your money in drive-thru. Other than that the service has been WACK!!! On top of all the things seen on social media and other platforms about what's in the food, the evening staff here has me completely turned off! I've spent less and less her in the last few months because of this. Work on you all's performance while at work and pay attention so the customers are leaving happy and not disappointed.

I tried ordering food through Uber around 3 am, waited til 5 am as im typing this to cancel my order I never got. When canceling, it said that my Uber delivery driver reported the restaurant closed although it says open and I called and someone answered. I watched my delivery driver go all the way there for no reason wasting my time and theirs.

Lets start with the service if u can call it that..worst service in the history of service!!Of course mcdonald's is not gourmet..but they used to be halfway decent..now the fries are soft small rubbery..mchicken what happened. U r not the same I remember.and double cheeseburger is so small..it has shrunk..at this rate in ten years it will be the size of a white castle slider..I'm done!

Employee dropped my food in drive through and proceeded to tell driver that its our fault that the bag ripped open due to them not following bagging rules employee proceeded to say it our fault and called out Sandra and she walked away and did not proceed to help us or ask for refund or remake we proceed to pick up the food and remake the fires that where cold mind u employees hide and did not try and help and kept saying parked far but once we mentioned they packed the bag they ignored the fact and kept blaming us i have photos and receipts i would like to get connected by hire up please and thank you.

The pop was WARM. There was literally about 5 ice cubes in our drinks. I promise you the ice is not coming out of your paycheck, like why are we being stingy with ice.
