McDonald's

This is one of the best Mickey D's around, imo. I usually go once every two eeks or so, maybe once every three weeks and they're different shifts nearly everytime and the staff is accommodating, friendly, kind, and unjudgemental. Food is great for fast food, I always ask for fresh and have no issue waiting. Even when asked for your meal fresh (fresh fries & fresh nuggets) your meal still comes out (in drive-thru) quickly and in a timely-fashion. The only beef I have is drive-thru usually seems to take preference over those who take the time to actually get out of their car, walk in, and order. Takes 2 to 3x longer. Weird and frustrating but I still give it 5 stars, would put 4.5 if able to. Not a bad stop!

Heather was amazing, so sweet and nice. As soon as I left I knew i wanted to leave a good review for her! I hope i get to interact with her again 🥰

20 minutes in the drive through lane AFTER I ordered.... cashier was hanging out the widow talking to people in the car two ahead of me. When I pulled up to pay, there was a guy talking to the cashier while putting bagged onion slivers in a container with his bare hands talking about how low the pay was and they needed to hire more people... at the pick up windows there was two more people standing there talking and just handed my food out the window... nothing said. There's at least 2 more people to make food to speed things up!? Unreal And to end all, my order was wrong and fries were cold and rubbery.

The leadership (managers ) are a joke. Nov 29, ordered a sausage egg and cheese on the app. Waited for 1 car ahead. Order sent at 8:31 and I did not get it until 8:57. I know their ticket tome is 90 seconds. And even if they made it fresh the longest item to cook is egg for 3 mins. This is 100% of the time. You could go there 8 times every day for 2 weeks and have a 20 minute + wait time for as little as 1 item at a time The managers are awful. Mindy fry yells and talks back to customers who have problems

Came for the Grinch Meals. They have no buns to make Big Macs. However with the nuggets meals they also did not have the Grinch pickle salt or shake bags. Food came out barely warm and missing things that are on receipt as received. Tables are not cleaned off. They were not busy either!! Do better!!!
