McDonald's

All these fast food places are terrible these days. Stop giving them our money and maybe they will give us what we pay for without mess ups and cold fries...haven't had hot fries from here in years. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and they decided to give me the gross folded egg instead of the whole eggs...when I complained I was told thats what they had and didnt want to cook more so what were they supposed to do?

After a long car trip my fiance & I decided to pull in to eat at this Coventry McDonald's (and also use the restroom after our long car trip). When we got there, the manager rudely and disrespectfully threw all patrons out of the lobby and locked the door....so after being so disrespected like that, my fiance & I went back a little up the road to the Burger King, where we treated with respect and their lobby and restrooms were open to the public...and they got our business (and our money). Next time Coventry McDonald's, treat all customers with respect and not act like jerks then maybe you might not lose customers and money...

Got breakfast this morning around 10 am I ordered a bagel sausage egg sandwich it was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted bagel wasn’t even toasted either , like it just came out the bag from the freezer. I ordered hash browns uh yeah hmm today tasted like it was on the counter for 3 hours , not even cooked only thing was good was my coffee, no one was there I’m not understanding why food ice cold highly disappointing, I couldn’t go back I had to go to work so it’s basically ur cooking for the trash .

I went here this morning and got SCREAMED AT by an employee. Apparently they were closed but there were no signs up stating they were closed, allowing mobile orders through the app, and two workers visible in the store. I put a mobile order in but doors were closed. I was walking back to my car and saw workers by the window. I was confused so I went up to the window and was trying to explain I had a mobile order but was interrupted by a worker screaming at me they were closed and that they didn’t have any orders. I come here often but this experience has made me want to change that. I don’t want to have to run into someone like that again.

Ordered breakfast on app at drive-thru was charged for my full order. They told me to pull up to the third window because it wasn't fully ready. Waited 10 minutes until someone came and informed me that they were no longer making breakfast and they couldn't refund me for the items missing. In short they stole my money and only gave me half of my order. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager told me the items I didn't receive would be refunded. It's been 2 months and they never have been.
