McDonald's

November 28th, 4:25am. I go to the window and the lady says they are closed when online it says the restaurant is opened 24 hours a day. She then proceeds to say she working alone, and “I’m not doing this right now”. She proceeds to disregard all of my questions for 10 minutes. I had to drive off starving AND dehydrated because of the lack of customer service, and lack of desire to work. This is lazy. If you are at work, do your job! I did not force you to work here, the least you can do, is what you said you’d do in your interview, “MAKE DELICIOUS FEEL-GOOD MOMENTS EASY FOR EVERYONE”. This was not the first time something of this magnitude has happened either. One time, the manager said that she wasn’t serving food unless it was DoorDash. No where on the website does it say after a certai

The drive thru machine wasn’t working, there was no sign. We went to the next window. Someone saw us, walked back and forth and never opened the window to say hey, go to the next one. Finally, a lady came out at the second window and waved us over. They were nice enough, it was just a little more disorganized than we expected.

Pretty regular McDonald's experience. I ordered my food through the app. So I didn't have to wait or really interact with anyone. My only really complaint was that I order some strips of Bacon and they just gave me some cold bacon that was probably still sitting out from the morning.

The woman at the first window drive-thru tonight was super kind to us!! Great job :)
