McDonald's

We ordered 3 burgers and some fries and it was 20 minutes to get. Our food was smashed up and our buns were soggy for some reason. Definitely suggest going to Zips or Ronnie D's.

We waited at the first window for ten minutes without being acknowledged. Then the woman taking our order was very snooty and rude, just snapped out our total price. We ordered our food, and two meals had Coke’s. At the second window, a guy handed us a drink and said “Coke?” I said yes, as we had two of them in our order. He then said have a great day, so I reminded him we had a whole order, and he said “Oh. Well that’s why I asked. You said yes.” He then turned and ignored us, was gone for a few before coming back and saying “It’s being bagged now.” Then left, and we waited another 3 minutes before he left and the woman who took our order came back and without a word, LITERALLY tossed the two bags of food at me and left. I had two other things after checking the food that they hadn’t put

New remodel ruined the interior. Hard plywood seating even on the booths — terrible if you have a disability. Took all the personality out too, looks like a hospital. No free refills or at least you have to go ask?? And the condiment station/napkin station is so small it'll get clogged as soon as it's busy.

Just not what it used to be The prices are through the roof The food really actually sucks and that food's gotten smaller and it's so full of preservatives that my dog won't even eat your chicken nuggets or your hamburger anymore five dogs not one of them will touch your chicken nuggets or your hamburger That's disgusting

Just got the most burnt burger on top of not getting my extra cheese I ordered and paid for I've ever had at McDonald's today really kinda ruined it. First no Carmel frappe then sit in drive thru being the only car in line for over 15 minutes just to get my burger burnt? Probably not going to be going here again
