McDonald's

Dirty place and freezing cold. Most of the tables were dirty or had trash on them. Floors and soda machine were disgusting. One of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Only 2 customers here when we walked in. Workers being loud and joking around. Complaining about her manager not letting her close more than an hour early. We waited 36 minutes til we got all of our food for a family of 4. Plus the fries came out cold Threw half of our food worst overall experienceI have ever had at a McDonald's.

Very slow service. No one notices customers slat the counter. Had to use drive through but service was still very slow. Recommend the manager and staff should receive more customer service training

This was the first time I got a burger in a long time so you know I was hungry, qtr ponder with cheese,apple pie crust was different,it wasn't that golden brown it was actually white,had the old hot fries mixed in with the old going on

I placed a Mobile order this morning. I checked in at the curbside pickup at 10:05. I watched several cars come and go in the drive thru and several people in the lobby. At 10:15 I got tired of waiting and went inside the store to ask for my food. It was sitting on the counter. When I got to work a few minutes later (late because of the wait) I began eating and my food was cold. Butter would not even melt on my pancakes and biscuit was not edible (rock hard) and nothing to put on it. I only come to this office occasionally for work because I’m based out of Miami OK but I will consider my other options before ordering at this McDonald’s again.

This place deserves 5 stars. The worker Lindsey was a great server and kind and generous. She deserves a raise and should become the owner of McDonald’s
