McDonald's

Y’all are beyond cooked literally and metaphorically because there’s no way you guys let this order go through without being faded. This was for 2 McFlurries and one chocolate milk. Guess the ice cream machine broke again, just like y’all. How can a human be so bad at following instructions at work. Guess that’s why I don’t work at McDonald’s.

Ordered a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit and 2 Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Cashier repeated order before payment. The Sausage egg and cheese biscuit had no cheese.

Incredibly slow service. Took me 30 minutes to get my pre-ordered items. There is no sense of order or urgency. Staff were fairly rude. Honestly the worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. And they didn't get my order right, and did not provide me with my redeemed fries. Food was not fresh and tasted stale/old... Almost like I got a McDouble Patty instead of the quarter pounder Patty

Dude, this place. Every time I go McDonald's - this location and others - it's been a nightmare. Service is nonexistent, missing items, no one cares about helping customers. My order was missing fries and there were no napkins. I had to say excuse me multiple times before anyone responded and a minute later someone else had to do the same thing to get help with a messed up order. The bar must be set really low for staff and employees. It's a shame.

The coffee was cold. We were in a hurry to get to the airport but we did tell them that the coffee was cold. No suggestions to fix the issue were presented. They just kind of acknowledge what we said.
