I had accidentally pulled past the first window & the lady working hangs out the window SCREAMING at me like a crazy woman. There was no way for me to back up because of the customer behind me so I’m TRYING to tell her I was sorry & that I had a mobile order but she was too erratic & I couldn’t even tell her my order #. She wouldn’t listen to me & instead was griping to the customer behind me about me, so I pull on up. I get to the next window & I can literally hear her screaming thru the bldg about me. I told ann employee I’d like to speak to the mgr. He says, ‘what do you need?’ I said ‘I need to speak to the mgr. he walks away in the direction of the screaming all while another boy & girl who were standing at the 2nd window are rolling their eyes & snickering. I wait for a few

I typically come here when they open to get a breakfast sandwhich using the $2 mobile coupon. It's always hot, fresh, and quick. The drive-through lines do get pretty long most of the day, but it's usually fast moving the few times I've gotten dinner. It's only worth the price if you get a coupon.

Great visit to this McDonald’s on December 28, 2025 around 7PM. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Burgers and fries were perfect. Place is clean, modern, and family-friendly with a great playground that kept our two little kids happy. Service was quick and friendly. The only issue: a group of other kids (one tall one especially) threw ice at our table three times. I even heard him say “take some ice” before hurling it at my aunt. They also made racial remarks toward a family member, then ran out the door. This made us feel uncomfortable during what should’ve been a relaxed meal. Better playground monitoring and quicker staff response would help keep it safe and welcoming for families. Still a solid location with strong positives. Food and setup deliver. Hope they address this. 4 stars.

They do not value their customers at all. I've been going there everyday for breakfast for over six months. Literally everyday due to my schedule. I went through the drive thru got to the second window and realized I forgot my drink at home so I tried to add on a soft drink. I was told I couldn't do that, that I would need to go back around. No big deal, but she was going to pull me up which means it was going to be awhile before I would get my order. So I asked her if there was anyway she could just add it to the order. She tells me yes. I go park and wait where she tells me. They proceed to bring me my order without the drink and then tell me they couldn't add the drink. I sat there ten minutes waiting on my order. If this was the case then why would you say Yes number one and number two

The food was ok, I got the pancakes but they weren't great. The hashbrown was very good though. They were very, very busy in the morning (around 10-10:30 AM). In the rightmost lane, we had to wait almost 5 minutes just to take our order, and then we had to wait another 30 MINUTES to get our food, and that was with us telling an employee that we hadn't gotten our food yet. She was very nice, though, and the low price partly made up for the wait.
