McDonald's

Miles is an awesome manager and it really shows in the team he leads. Every visit is a great experience—fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere every time. You can tell the team is well-trained and genuinely cares about customer service. This McDonald’s is consistently on point thanks to Miles and his amazing crew.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I try not to go to it as much as possible, but it’s the closest one to my house. They have the worst french fries you ask them to make them fresh to order and they’ll just double dip. The ones that were sitting there already so they come out rock solid you’ll get an ice cream. you’ll get an ice cream. It’ll be halfway Empty, you get a pop. It’s about 2 inches from the top but yet they want a price gouge and charge for sauces.

I was left waiting at curbside for 45 minutes, went thru thr drivethru to ask what the wait was, mind you, two mcdouble meal deals for me and my girl, and a mcchicken. Waited in the drive thru line with 3 other cars for another 15 minutes and when I finally got my food, they only gave me half of my order and no chicken nuggets. Ts pmo 🥀

Stale place. Very little human interaction. If this is what McDs wants they've succeeded. Good for catching up on business though. Very quiet

Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I live in Texas and we ordered a secret menu item called the Mcgang bang and we’ve ordered it multiple times and got it no problem.. well the manager yelled at us saying we were “harassing” the employee and we explained that we order it in Texas and she said “well you aren’t in Texas are you ?” And was being completely rude and unreasonable with us even though we tried to explain what it is… she just interrupted us and didn’t let us explain at all. We weren’t in any way trying to be disrespectful we just have ordered that multiple times before ! Just so rude and inconsiderate of that manager.
