Barista in drive thru was rude after I corrected them politely on my name. After also correcting him on my order (nicely again), they still gave me the wrong coffee. I dont think i was rude and i was the only person in line, I dont like writing bad reviews but this was just a really bad experience.
If you’re seriously dragging in the morning, like you’ve left your brain at home, this Caribou Coffee Team has your back! I got top notch service from Donn who was kind enough to recommend the exact iced coffee I needed so that I could function for the day at work. So if you want excellent coffee with fabulous service, stop by this location, they’re awesome!
Great, friendly customer service. I felt like the associate was truly happy to see me. The exchange made my day and I believe it might have made hers, too! Thank you for your heartfelt smile!
Please fix the pot holes in your parking lot. Hot coffee all over the car or my lap is not pleasant..
Super unhappy at the cost here compared to other un-named coffee shops. The same drink is $4 more for the exact same drink.
