Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Got the chili cheese dogs, with extra chili. They looked like they were made hours before we were there. The chili was dry and crusted and the hot dogs were just dogs no hot involved at all!

My 1st time here at this location. Love Dairy Queen, although the prices seem to have gone up. I got a small Blizzard, my partner got a chocolate malt. We loved our treats! The employees were so nice and service was very quick! We came this evening, Saturday, 6/8/24. Clean restaurant. But it was so nice outside that we ate outside in our car. Thanks for the great ice cream! Enjoy the pictures!

Very good service provided today at the counter. Although I was a bit surprised at the size of my sundae which was part of my $8.00 meal deal. Looked like a kids size to me and there couldn't have been more than a tablespoon of caramel on it. I do like the management staff here but would be very happy if they would put some much needed TLC and remodeling into this location. The booth seats are very loose to the point that we won't sit in some of them. Also dining room needs to be kept up more so there are clean tables for us to dine in.

When I paid $8 almost for my blizzard I figured well they're just charging more so they don't have to reduce quality. Apparently they did both... reduce quality AND raise the price. My Snickers blizzard was very light and more of a Snickers "essence"blizzard...very few pieces. They definitely have cut corners to make more money. Pretty disappointing.

I realize that having enough personnel is a major task right now, however, there is no excuse for the restaurant being filthy. The staff's clothing was disgustingly dirty, like they were cleaning grease traps before working the counter. The floors behind the counter had food scraps and "fixins" littering everywhere. I am a big supporter of this Dairy Queen and have been there many, many times and enjoyed many excellent visits bringing youth teams in for post-game rewards; but I have never seen it in this condition.
