McDonald's

Someone who can't tolerate cheese ( dairy products) and you paid for no cheese biscuit. You continue to put cheese on my order. Second time going back home to eat and you have to throw it away. Please review each bag McDonald's i already filled out a form from before. Just fix the problem or better yet I dont need to eat at your business. You have a wonderful day.

The atmosphere was cozy. It was very warm inside compared to thr Summerville Mcds. I like how this one was set up. I ordered the 20 pc nuggets with basket of fries (thinking they had the deal here, but didn't) A basket of fries was right at $5. Dayummm. I ordered the LG blue raspberry freeze drink & she mixed the strawberry in with it. I mentioned it & she made another one just blue & so I had 2. She was really sweet. I just wished the food would of been fresh. Overall, I enjoyed it. The play area was full of kids having a blast.

Food is always good and fresh. The last few times my bag has been shoved to me and said have a good day. I understand that it’s cold and they want to shut the window but this time they left out my egg McMuffin was regular bacon. The only complaint that I have is that I’ve tried calling numerous times, but it goes to a fax machine. I did go Website and put it in. But it would be nice to have a local number and they pick up.

I don’t think I have ever experienced such good and friendly customer service that Thomas gives. I watched how friendly he was to us and all the other customers. He went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great experience. If everywhere had a Thomas working there, the world would be a better place. This man deserves a raise.

Wanted to get food in the morning while heading to church and I ordered a gravy and biscuit but as I head down the road I look in the bag and had no fork or spoon to eat with. So I ended up not being able to eat.
