McDonald's

When I pulled up to the drive the worker on window was very confused and rude despite us being very clear to her. Then when I received my food my McFlurry looked like it had been taken a bite out of it with a hole in the center. Overall the workers were rude but the rest of the food was good I guess.

First let me say, I hardly ever leave a review. Either it was really really bad or really really Awesome. I work 2 business away from this McDonalds and was going there almost twice a day for about 2 months. Today I walked in ordered my wrap asking for bacon and tomatoes to be added. No charge for the tomatoes but $3 for the bacon. My order was placed at 1:08pm I didn't get my food until 1:24pm at that time I asked for a pac of honey mustard. At which time I was told I would have to pay 15 cents for one. I didn't want to argue or waste anymore time. My break was on 30 minutes and they took that. So I take off walking back to work a few minutes late. Once I opened my food no bacon no tomatoes. I tried calling to speak with the manager at which point I was put on hold and im still hol

I live near this location and I have a horrible experience every single time I come here. And I tell myself I’ll never come back and for some reason I give it another try. From here on out I’ll go out of my way to avoid it. The second drive thru line never works. Ever. Don’t use it. You’ll get passed up for several cars in the other line every single time. You have to just skip ordering and go up to the window and order, which they hate, but there is no other way if you go through and get stuck in the second line. Everyone knows this so the first line backs way up into traffic. It’s a terrible experience.

This new McD has been built with care and modern seating arrangements. There was nobody to take order at the front desk. The order can be placed online or via the kiosks present at the restaurant. Drive-thru is little slow and there’s ample parking outside. The food served warm and with care.

I hate the trend of fast food places being built around pickup and delivery. It felt like we were eating in somebody's garage. No menu board, just those screens, no staff in sight had to wait for them to come from behind a corner to fix an issue with our food, no play place for my nephew, not even cheesy artwork of people eating McDonald's. The single most depressing McDonald's I have ever been to. All this on top of how ridiculously overpriced McDonald's has become makes me never want to come here ever again.
