A 12 car wait at the drive thru is un acceptable especially when people are getting small orders. I have waited 15 min and watched at least 5 cars leave due to the line. The owners need to train their people better for a fast food establishment. Maybe due to the repeated low reviews here they dont care. If this keeps up it will be quicker to drive to middlboro.

Food was good came out pretty fast and all correct. It would be a 5 star but it's the location the store inside is really small and cramped. Drink machine area and all of that just 90% of the time is larger. And the turn in and out can be a death trap with the entrance being right over the peak of a hill. Good food good service just be careful turning in and out and might wanna eat it at home.

What a terrible experience! I went in and ordered at the kiosk and I only ordered a simple order of a 10-piece nugget meal and a ranch snack wrap. While I was ordering at the kiosk there was a guy on the opposite side who was ordering he received his food and left they were a couple people who walked in got their food and left as I was still waiting. The women behind the counter said she had a doordash order ready and the guy that was standing next to me asked if it was me and I said I was waiting on my order. So the women finally asked me what I was waiting on and I told her my order number and then no one knew how to used the computer to look up my order. Then somehow my food was ready. I got no sorry for the wait no offer of anything free or coupon. And lastly cold food. Guess I won't b

My kids didnt get a toy with happy meal and when i asked for the toys they told me they ran out! Didn’t offer anything in exchange. Equipment kept breaking so people orders were messed up. Soda was gross… sweet tea wasnt sweet at all… my kids called it a “fake” McDonald’s… they are 4-6 yrs olds

Stopped in around 11p.m. last night. Staff was very nice. The McDoubles however, were like hockey pucks and not fresh at all. Customers should expect fairly fresh food, even at 11 p.m.
