The food is absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes are perfect. I love that the macros are already calculated for you—it makes staying on track with my nutrition so much easier. Everything tastes fresh and high quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for convenient, healthy meals!

First week of meals and my husband and I are super excited to make this our weekly meal plan. Being two super busy adults with no little kids at home, not only is there no need to cook for a big family, but we don’t have the time. The meals have been super yummy & they were so fresh! Large portions too-at least for us (no complaints about that). So thankful to have found EatFitz! 🤩

Meals are healthy and delicious and easy to choose. The option to order on Saturdays for delivery on Sunday is perfect and the delivery went off without a hitch!
