McDonald's Carmichael

Everytime we have come here it’s always clean, bright, and the play space is open. The play space has been a lifesaver on rainy days when we need a break from our routine. It’s very safe and well set up. Now that they have the app you can literally order food straight to whatever table you’re sitting at. They have a great selection of different seats so everyone can get comfortable. It’s really a brilliant setup and reminds me of McDonald’s locations of my childhood (ie the 90’s). Idk why this place has such a low review score, it’s honestly the best McDonald’s location I’ve been to in years.

I ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals & 2 10 piece chicken nuggets. One of the 10 piece only contained 8 pieces. I only received one of my burgers even though I was charged for both & my diet coke contained either dirt or something alike that tasted awful and caused me to be sick. I have never had a more terrible experience at a McDonald.

I am continually having problems at this location. From selling me pies they don't have to burnt buns. Service is great, they do it with a smile.

Today, I had perhaps one of the worst fast food experiences I think I have ever had. The plan was simple: get in, use the restroom, order some food, get out. 45 minutes later I was still sitting there in disbelief. I still don't know why I stuck it out for so long. More and more disgruntled people kept appearing. So I kept watching. Mother's with children that were hungry tried to appease them, other people came in expecting orders they had placed online a half-hour earlier would be ready, Door Dashers were jumping the line and making demands. And they ended up getting their food first. This is where people really started to lose it. So I just bounced. Didn't wait for my food. Didn't ask for a refund. I just left. I took it as a sign that maybe I should stop killing my body with fast food.

They forgot my daughter’s drink with her happy meal. Gave us the wrong sodas. And the burgers are literally thrown together so sloppy they are falling apart with sauce everywhere you can’t even pick it up. Like how careless can you be? I really don’t understand how you can put something together that messy!? I’ve worked in fast food in the past and honestly this is pretty bad…. All the fries are cold and soggy. Horrible location.
